Pensions Association members

Swiss Kitchen Association

The Swiss Kitchen Industry Association has an exclusive agreement with the ALVOSO Pension Fund, which enables it to offer its members an extremely attractive pension solution.

Members have the option of choosing either one of three cost-effective pension packages – Basic, Plus or Comfort – or, if necessary, having an individualized pension plan created.

Consultancy and corporate membership for the industry solution are both provided by Neutrass-Residenz AG in Risch-Rotkreuz. Contact: Mr Pascal Huber. pascal.huber@neutrass.ch

VRM building envelope and painters/plasterers

The Alvoso Pension Fund has entered into a cooperation agreement with the VRM (early retirement model) for the building envelope and the Swiss painting and plastering trade. The aim is to ensure that insured members of the Alvoso Pension Fund who receive a partial or full bridging pension through the VRM continue to be insured properly and in a coordinated manner within the existing pension plan.

Fulfilment of the savings insurance requirements for bridging pension recipients under the Occupational Pensions Act is an integral part of this agreement. These savings contributions are transferred directly by the VRM to the Alvoso Pension Fund for credit to the savings account of the recipient of the bridging pension.

Recipients of a bridging pension from VRM resulting from a reduction in their level of employment remain in the previous pension plan of the Alvoso Pension Fund with a correspondingly reduced salary.

Foundation for Flexible Retirement in the Construction Industry (FAR)

The Alvoso Pension Fund has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Foundation for Flexible Retirement in the Construction Industry (FAR).

The purpose of the FAR Foundation is to implement voluntary retirement for employees in the construction trade (“CEA FAR”) as agreed between the founders’ associations in the collective employment agreement. It provides benefits in order to cushion the financial consequences of retirement before reaching ordinary retirement age.

The FAR Foundation provides (partial) compensation for OPA retirement credits within its regulations. These payments are referred to as “COMPENSATION CREDITS.”

If entitled persons are insured with the collective foundation as part of an individual “flexible retirement” (FAR) membership, these COMPENSATION CREDITS will be paid to the Alvoso Pension Fund, which will credit the compensation credits to the retirement assets of the insured person.
